Topper Traveller at Marconi Sailing Club 2nd October 2016
Following the Topper training day on the Saturday Marconi Sailing Club are pleased to welcome the Topper Fleet back for what we are sure will be another successful event.
This is a great event for our own cadets to get involved with and offers them the chance to learn a great deal from the sailors that have been sailing Toppers for a while. So we want to see as many as possible of the Marconi Topper sailors out there joining the fun and if you normally sail a Laser 4.7 why not borrow a Topper and join the fun? It would be interesting to see if you still have what it takes to do well in a Topper.
Registration will be open from 09:30 with an onshore briefing at 10:30.
The first start is 11:00, so it might be a good idea to be rigged and dressed before you go to the briefing.
The target time for each race is 45 minutes with two races back to back each side of lunch.
Additional information about the event can be found by following the links below
Galley is open all day for breakfasts, lunches with a variety of hot and cold snacks available during the day. Our top tip for visitors would be to order your food before you go afloat, it will then be ready as soon as you return.
