Welcome to the Cadet Week Application Form.
Please take your time to read and fill out in as much detail as possible.
Please ensure that you complete a person area for each cadet, adult cadet, tutor and helper. This will ensure T-shirts are ready and the correct size. The deadline for completion of this form is the 1st July 2019. At that point the price per person will increase by £30 and you won't get a t-shirt. Numbers are being limited to 100 cadets.
If you have any queries please email firstname.lastname@example.org

Your child's attendance is your decision and we cannot act as 'loco parentis' or act as a baby sitting service. Parents must be present each day or have informed us of the nominated person responsible for your child.
Weather conditions change daily - It is your decision whether your child sails on the day. It is also the responsibility of the parent/guardian to dress the cadet appropriately for the weather conditions.
Cadet Week photographs will be displayed and used by Marconi Sailing Club for marketing and promotion. If you have any objections to your childs photograph being used please inform a member of the Cadet Committee.
Your details submitted will be used by Marconi Sailing Club Ltd and representatives of the Cadet Committee to contact you about Cadet Week should it be necessary.
